Connect ShipWill with Shopify

Offer a better shipping experience at checkout with ShipWill.

Note: In order for ShipWill available at checkout, you need to have the Third-party calculated shipping rates feature on your Shopify plan. If you are on the Advanced Shopify Plan, the third-party calculated shipping rates feature is already included with your plan at no additional cost. If you are on the Basic Shopify or Shopify plan and pay monthly, you need to contact Shopify to add this feature to your store and pay for it.

Delete ShipWill Rates in Shopify

Delete ShipWill rates from showing in your Shopify store until you are ready to enable them.

Step:

  1. Settings > Shipping and delivery > in the shipping section, select Manage.

  2. Select Carrier and app rates tab and Delete the ShipWill rates.

  3. Scroll down to the Shipping from section and you see one or more shipping zones listed. Under each zone, delete all ShipWill rates from each shipping zone.

  4. Save the settings you made.

  5. Your ShipWill rates will now not show in your Shopify store until you add them back.

Add ShipWill Rates in Shopify

Use the steps below to add ShipWill to your Shopify when you are ready for them to show.

Note: When you sign up for this shipping feature or after you set up shipping rules, there may be a 30 minutes delay before you can see the ShipWill setup reflected in Shopify. After you set up your rates in Shopify, the rates can be available.

Step:

  1. Settings > Shipping and delivery > in the shipping section, select Manage.

  2. Scroll down to the Shipping from section and you see one or more shipping zones listed. Under each zone, select Add rate.

  3. In the Add rate window, select Use carrier or app to calculate rates. This shows a dropdown of possible rates and you will choose ShipWill.

  4. Make sure to check all of the Shipping Methods that are imported from ShipWill.

  5. We recommend you have Automatically show new shipping services to customers when they become available checked which automatically sync rates from ShipWill when they are available. This means that if you ever add or remove or change the methods you have set in ShipWill that they will automatically update here.

  6. Confirm and click Done.

  7. Save the settings you made.
